Here we’ll walk you through the basics of what your instructor will expect from you when introducing you to flight by reference to instruments or “hood work“. You’ll be placed under the hood, or under the foggles, and expected to make several climbs, turns, descents, all while keeping a vigilant scan on the instrument panel.
