Travis Orbin - Darkest Hour - “Paradise“

Here’s another DH interpretation from the ’Undoing Ruin’ record. It was enjoyable adding my flair to this tune in particular, incorporating stickings other than singles to turn ’lead hands’ around and accent various cymbals. Fun fact: this tune was never played live in the band’s history until we started performing UR in its entirety. Similar to my “Violent by Nature“ interpretation, some of the fill-ins here came about through improvising both in band rehearsals
