Shrimp Fried Rice Balls

I’ve been wanting to make a variation of this dish for a long time now and I can’t stop thinking about how many different fun ways there are to execute this recipe. The next time I attempt this recipe I may just give all the ingredients a rough chop, mix it all together, and just fried then off as is. The sriracha mayo really kick this recipe off and is always a good one to have around when you want to add some richness and spice to some avocado toast or even a traditional tuna fish sandwich. Hope you enjoyed and drop a comment for recipe requests!!
