Taibah Dental College in Taibah University. Surgical extraction of grossly decayed lower right first molar was carried out by the oral surgeon Dr Giath Gazal in 23/4/2014. Crown was resected and roots divided. Buccal mucoperiosteal flap was raised and bone removed buccally.
