Calisthenics Warm-Up Routine Beast Mode Style with Juice from Team Beast Mode!
It was an extremely windy day in Brooklyn, please excuse the noise!
The routine is:
Count down Push-Up ladder with 5 seconds hold: From 10 down to 1
Push-Up ladder with 10 seconds hold: From 1 up to 10
Count-Up Push-Pull ladder: 1-10 Pull-Ups, 20 push-ups in between every round of pull-ups!
If this is too hard for you, simply use lower numbers, and keep working on it!
