EINAR SELVIK (Wardruna). The soul of the Norwegian skald. Fragments of a solo concert

Memories of a solo concert by Einar Selvik (Wardruna), whose work takes listeners to the North of the Kola Peninsula 1000 years ago. Authentic music from the “Skald“ album program creates vivid and lively images of the harsh nature of the north and allows you to touch the fabulous atmosphere of Scandinavian culture, so far away and, at the same time, so close. Musical instruments are created by the author according to old drawings of Norwegian masters. The concert took place at the Krasnodar Philharmonic G.F. Ponomarenko (2019). Tickets were completely sold out. This video is dedicated to all fans of the North and ethnic music. Einar Selvik’s speech left a bright mark on my soul and after 2.5 years I am sharing the fragments that I recorded. KInd of a retrospective.
