President Xi meets DPRK delegation

Chinese President Xi Jinping met a visiting delegation of the Workers’ Party of Korea from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on Wednesday in Beijing. President Xi welcomed the delegation’s visit, during which they issued a briefing on the seventh WPK congress, which was held in early May. The DPRK delegation delivered a message from leader Kim Jong Un, who said his country is willing to consolidate and develop China-DPRK relations, and support regional peace and stability.
