No title. Prince Charles (Prince of Wales), fulfilling his roll as Colonel-in-Chief, presents new colours to Royal Regiment of Wales at Cardiff. Various shots guards of the Royal Welsh Regiment marching in grounds of Cardiff Castle with the old colours. Sound track is Prince Charles giving speech in Welsh. The guards come to a halt.
