SEXY Legs & Butt Lifting Workout

1st Exercise: Weighted Single Leg Toe Touches, sit your butt back as you go down and touch the ground. 2nd Exercise: Stiff Leg Deadlifts, this one hits the hamstrings and the butt. 3rd Exercise: Side to Side Squat hops. Do each exercise 3x for 10-15 reps. Music by Kevin Macleod
