How to make a perfect cup of “Gyokuro“

Gyokuro is one of the world’s most premium teas. The tea plants are shaded for three weeks prior to harvesting, which reduces astringency and enhances the flavor. Gyokuro is processed in the same fashion as sencha. (1) Prepare Hot water 40cc (2) Cool it down to 50-60℃ (3) Take prepaer 4g Gyokuro (4) Add Hot water cooled to 50-60℃ (5) Steep for 2 minutes Enjoy it.
