Starching an Elizabethan Ruff

This is my how to starch an Elizabethan ruff video based off the excellent written tutorial from the Elizabethan Costume Facebook group. This is my first time starching a ruff, (or starching anything really) and being able to take a sticky bit of fabric and turn it into something that looks like it came out of a portrait is pretty cool.
