Federal Signal Modulator 6024 Siren Test, Chicago, IL - 8/1/17

Monthly test of the tornado sirens across most of the state of Illinois. I took a daytrip by train to downtown Chicago for the day, and this was my first stop. This siren here is the infamous Modulator 6024 along Madison & Wacker Drive. It was also my first time hearing a Mod or anything with Ultravoice on it in person. The other 13 mods in Chicago, as far as I know, have the older MC controllers, unlike this one as it’s newer. Since I was in a valley of high rise buildings, the echoes were totally insane.
