Full title reads: “London. Fire Float ’takes a ride’! New Fire Launch - capable of pumping 1,000 gallons a minute - conveyed by road to North of England.“ London. A boat travels slowly towards the side of the river. It is a very simple craft - no cabin, just a wheel and a pump visible on the top deck. The fire launch is tied up a the dock. The name plaque - ’Merryweather. London’ - can be read on its stern. The boat is attached to a crane and is lifted out of the water. It turns as it is lifted. The boat is lowered onto the trailer of a large lorry. The lorry (from . Ltd.) drives out between two buildings carrying the boat on its trailer.
