3D Pen (Cleaning)

The 3d pen is broken and needs to be cleaned. It has plastic stuck in it. The plastic rod will get stuck inside the 3d pen if you fully retract the rod into the pen and turn off the device from the mains. This is strictly prohibited. In order to pull the plastic out of the 3D pen, you will have to work a little. This cannot be done without disassembling the handle body. The repair procedure is as follows: - remove the top cover of the case; - disconnect the power supply and broaches from the control board; - remove the power supply with the broaching mechanism from the handle body; - remove the guide tube of the plastic rod from the handle body; - connect the power supply to the control board, turn on the handle to sit down and warm up the handle; - manually remove the stuck rod from the opposite side of the heating element; - assemble the handle in the reverse order. ▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰`
