Can chickens swim?

My son had two Leghorns named Flame and Torch, named after Minecraft torches and the fact that Minecraft had swimming chickens. Torch and Flame were loved and lived a life of love, companionship, comfort, and luxury for chickens. Torch is the star of this video. My son would stay with them after school and on the weekends in his free time. He would do his homework, play guitar with them, read to them and play ball with them. He raised live crickets (by the thousands) and hand-fed them to his chickens. He would take care of them if they got sick. They often stayed in the house if he felt they were threatened in any way. They did not run from us, they would follow us around the yard and would not react if you pet, hugged, or picked them up. When we came outside, they would run up to us.
