Halloween Comic/Pop Art Makeup Tutorial

Recently posted a picture of this look on my Instagram and lot of you requested for a video. The steps are pretty self explanatory so I skipped doing the voiceover. You are basically outlining your features to make them look more comic like. Its really easy to do I promise.
