Driving the Col du Chaussy, France

Driving the Col du Chaussy in France. This road is mostly known for the first 3 kilometers of the pass known as “Lacets de Montvernier“. There are 17 very tight hairpins with practically no space to pass other cars. After the Lacets de Montvernier, we ascent over 1000 meters, drive past a small balcony section, reach the top of the pass at 1533 meters, and eventually descent down to Saint-Martin-sur-la-Chambre where D99 continues onto the D213. Here you can take a right turn and drive the Col de la Madeleine. ------------ This route: All Roadtrip Through The Lens recorded rides: Gear: • Tesla Model 3 Performance • GoPro Hero 8 (with SanDisk Micro SD Extreme Pro 256GB U3 A2) • GoPro Media Mod • Zoom H1n (with SanDisk Micro SD Extreme Pro 32GB U3 A1)
