House of Ashes | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

We return once more to the Dark Pictures Anthology as we enter our third story! This time with House of Ashes we follow a group of Marines who stumble on an ancient, cursed temple in the desert. Together with the help of a soldier from the opposite army they will have to stand their ground and survive what horrors lay in store for them. I think the game improves on some aspects compared to previous stories like Man of Medan and Little Hope. There is a bit more excitement in this particular story and some of the characters like Salim and Jason are actually pretty interesting. Unfortunately this is the least scary story thus far and it still suffers from some annoying and forced plot elements like a love triangle that just feels cheesy and tacked on. #houseofashes #fullplaythrough #nocommentary #horror
