Using The Scroll Wheel On The Timeline | Premiere Pro CC 2018

Using the scroll wheel on the time line and track headers in Premiere Pro CC 2018 to zoom vertically and horizontally. Adobe have made some changes and included some modifier keys to add more functionality. This is an addendum / update to a previous video where I demonstrated how to increase the height of your timeline clips by using the scroll wheel. This has now changed slightly.
