Bedelia is the only person whom he’s done no harm. At all. No stab wounds, no sawing brain. He just let her go when it was the time. Even though Hannibal perfectly understood she might be in need to testify against him. Especially if Mason’s people captured her (it seems that FBI’s not a big deal in this show). ’ «S
