She gets to the hospital, but the wound isn’t serious, so Rumple takes her home very soon. They live together, they are happy and in love. Belle says she’s pregnant and Rumple is more than excited. And then Rumple wakes up in their bed alone realizing that it all was just a dream and Belle has died i
