Glimpse into Flatfoot Dance Contest Galax, VA 2022

This is just a glimpse into the Flatfoot Dance Contest at the Galax Fiddlers Convention in Galax, VA in August of 2022. I just caught the middle or so of the contest. There are folks before and after this section that I recorded and shared here, but there is a general feel here of what the contest is like and some of how folks approach the traditional Flatfoot Dance styles in the region. Old and young alike are welcomed to come and take the stage.
