WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK I *my first video*

Hey guys, welcome to my first ever ´what I eat in a week´!!! (And also my workouts) I´m really exited, eventhough I know there is ofc a lot of improvement! I personally just eat basically intuitively, sometimes I track roughly, but I don´t restrict! :) And that´s super important 💖💖 But anyway, if you have any suggestions for improvement, I would love hear it! (Also, please don´t wonder this was filmed back in the summer hollydays, just never edited it, haha😅😅) And here are also my favourite links/recpies (not everything, so if you have anything else you want to know, feel free ask! ;D) Pancakes: 1. Add in a bowl -150g Jogurt -40g (Oat)flour -1 egg (or mashed banana) -tsp. baking powder 2. mix everything 3. bake them out! ;) My fav. pudding oats: 1. add in a bowl 60g oats, 200g water and stir 2. microwave (2Min/500W) 3. add 15g ProteinPowder
