Tie-dye pattern : Nightmare Before Christmas (Jack Skellington Spiral)
Today I will show you how to tie-dye a Nightmare Before Christmas (Jack Skellington Spiral) pattern on the outside of a spiraled a t-shirt. This the 34th shirt in a series of spiral t-shirt tie-dye experiments to see what kinds of patterns we can create with actually making a specific design on the spiraled shirt. They have been pretty unique and definitely interesting so far. So for this shirt I’ll first demonstrate how to spiral and rubber band the t-shirt, then I’ll apply the liquid procion dyes onto the shirt, and after that I jump right into the reveal of our new tie-dye nightmare before christmas t-shirt. Thanks for watching and Happy Tie-Dyeing!
***Before working with procion dyes or any kind of fiber reactive dye please make sure to pay special attention to all labels including directions, warnings, and first aid instructions***. I highly recommend gloves, eye protection, and a respirator or dust mask per these instructions.
