Stranded cargo ship during a storm 😱 #shorts

On the night of December 12, 2018, a ship under the banner of the African state of Togo washed ashore. Apparently, the ship was going to the nearest terminal of the Novorossiysk port. Even before the fatal ejection, the captain requested a tug to help, but bad weather and a storm did not allow this help to be realized. None of the sailors on board were injured – as were the people on shore. The owners of the ship did not identify themselves in any way. Why?
