FOLLOW ALONG WARM UP ROUTINE FOR GYMNASTS / CHEERLEADERS 10 MINS (max performance, min injuries)
hi everyone!
today we’re doing a 10 minute full body warm up routine specifically designed for gymnasts, cheerleaders and dancers but works great for pretty much any sport. we’re gonna do a combination of pulse raisers, active and static stretches to ensure your body is ready for whatever it needs to be.
i don’t know about you but whenever i do a proper warm up before training i instantly feel like i can do skills so much better and also don’t feel as sore the next day so if you want to minimise injury and maximise your performance - WARM UP!!!
