Russia begins producing termite unmanned helicopters with deadly S-8L missiles.

Russia has begun producing an unmanned attack helicopter named Termite with the capability of launching precision laser-guided rockets. From the circulating images, it appears that the Termite is equipped with the S-8L laser-guided rocket, Russia’s rival to the US-made APKWS rocket. The S-8L rocket is the main weapon of the Termite drone. Unlike its predecessor the S-8 rocket, the S-8L is equipped with a semi-active homing warhead with a fragmentation-explosive charge.
