CHICKEN GRAVY INGREDIENTS Chicken - for any gravy made with chicken it is preferred to use chicken with bone-in and without skins. Cut chicken into small pieces for faster cooking. Onion - onions is sliced and sauted. Half of the cooked onions is ground to a smooth paste and use for thickening of the gravy.
