Some important fundamentals of Irish Dance. These short drills will help you to focus on your 3T’s - TURNOUT, TENSION & TOE HEIGHT! TURNOUT - Turnout from your hips the whole way down to your feet. Push your toes to the corners of the room. TENSION - Lock your knees & squeeze! You want to create nice straight lines in your legs.
