Velm - Fusttanc (Smokedance)

VELM - Foldek (2013) I would consider Velm as a new band eventhough they have born 4 years ago. Anyway this is my first experienced listening to their stuff. Thx to Kager Balazs for sending me this tape. Well actually there are few more tapes that he was traded with me but then lets review them one by one. So Foldek actually their debut album released by Neverheard Distro. The basic sounds is BM yet it was being presented in the modern approached. It means that not much old skool traits available and the synthesizers seems more dominant to create somekind of ambient sounds. You will surely smells something different and something new in all of the 6 trax in this album. I guess it could be hard for those old skool blackhordes to accept this stuffs. Anyway its quite interesting to get to know something new which quite seldom to see in the scene. I磛e seen one band which is Echelon that sharing the similar idea but their music quite different. Well its a good things to create something new and fresh yet the basic music must be Metal coz its the roots of all evil hahaa.. Am I right? Hell yeahhh!! Ok I really recommend this stuffs for those who are really open minded to the new and innovative ideas of metal music. Its no harm to give them a try isnt it?
