- All Standing
- No Repeat
- No Equipment
- 6 Rounds of 10 moves
- 45 Seconds Work, 15 Seconds Rest

No warm up as such but I start us off easy ;-)
Please take longer rests if you need to or just pause the workout and start again when you feel ready. Have a drink of water nearby to keep hydrated.
