Hands off Vietnam - Руки прочь от Вьетнама (Russian, Ukrainian & Belarusian Subtitle)

Hands off Vietnam (Russian: Руки прочь от Вьетнама) is the name of a Russian song protesting the United States at war with Vietnam. The song was broadcast with a weekly frequency during the Vietnam War. In the all-Soviet contest “Hello, We are Looking for Talent“ (Алло мы ищем таланты), singer Natalya Shemankova sang this song. The song won for Natalya Shemankova. The songwriter is Onegin Gadzhykasimov and the composer is Boris Karamyshev. After the song was broadcast on the contest, the song was recorded and broadcast throughout the Soviet Union as a way of supporting Vietnam’s war against the United States. The song’s name was also taken as the slogan of the Soviet Military Advisory Group in the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (Группа советских военных специалистов в Демократической Республике Вьетнам).
