Explosive Power Training for Kung Fu

Happy Sunday everyone. Mastering the use of Explosive power is key in Shaolin Kung Fu. Here I share with you how you can train at home to improve your explosive power/ sudden power in kung fu. I have broken down the training in 3 parts: Part 1: Working on your internal power, using your breath to match your movement Part 2: Feet work, how to generate power from the ground to your body using the correct foot work. Part 3: Upper Body work, how to use your body to unleash the power generated. Most importantly the key is to train so that the 3 steps become 1.
