10 Fun Intermediate Pole Tricks

Hey :) I know I say this every time but I know its been a while since I last uploaded a video.... Just some intermediate (higher intermediate) pole tricks. Remember to ask an instructor, use a spotter and crash mat when attempting anything new (always train safe!). Some of the names I’ve used may be different, but feel free to let me know what you call these moves. 1. Shoulder mount roll 2. Holly drop 3. Figurehead cartwheel to ball seat 4. Half flag 5. Reiko split to cupid 6. Jamila to butterfly 7. Ball seat drop 8. Chinese knee hook 9. Lady blanche 10.
