How to make Soft Chocolate Ice Cream. Simple Italian Recipe

1. Chocolate — 150 g.
2. Cocoa powder — 0.5 stack.
3. Milk — 2 stacks.
4. Egg yolk — 4 pcs.
5. Salt - 0.5 teaspoons.
6. Sugar - 0.5 cups.

I make ICE CREAM SUNDAE at home in five minutes. Three ways of delicious treats (tastier than in the store)
All you need to do is mix a certain amount of ingredients correctly. The freezer will do the rest!
The time will take from 2 to 10 minutes freezing.
I will show you three options for making delicious cold treats from available products.
Express version
Pour 300 grams of heavy cream (33%) into a deep bowl.
We put a teaspoon of vanilla sugar or regular, if you don’t like the taste of vanilla
Beat the cream with a mixer at low speed to a stable density (to stable peaks)
If there is no mixer, you can beat it with a whisk or even a regular fork, only it will take a little more time.
add 150 grams of condensed milk (a little less than half a can) by a tablespoon, mixing all the condensed milk well.
We put the ice cream billet in a container or other form.
We put the container in the freezer
In the freezer for about four hours
We take out the frozen ice cream and let it stand for five minutes.
We divide into portions and enjoy a delicious dessert.
Classic ice cream
It’s also simple. Only we will spend a little more time (not much)
Products
Milk 3.2% fat content 600 ml
Cream 33-35% fat content – 500 ml
Powdered sugar – 150 gr.
Egg yolks – 8 pieces
Vanilla sugar – a teaspoon
And a pinch of salt
Separate the yolks and put them in a saucepan
Pour the milk into another saucepan and warm it up almost to a boil, but do not boil it.
Pour hot milk over the yolks and mix everything quickly and thoroughly.
Put it on the fire again and cook for a couple of minutes stirring
Pour out powdered sugar, vanilla and salt, without ceasing to stir, cook for a couple more minutes.
Remove from the heat so that the egg-milk mass cools down faster, put the pan in cold water.
In a bowl, whisk the cold cream (necessarily cold) until thickened.
Mix the whipped cream with the milk mixture until smooth.
Pour into molds or container and put in the freezer for 4 hours.
It is advisable to mix the ice cream well after an hour of freezing to remove the ice crust.
The ice cream is ready
Delicious chocolate sundae
Ingredients
Milk 3.2% 100 ml
Cream 33-35% 100ml
Chocolate 70% 100 gr
Sugar 2 tbsp. l
. Milk, as in the previous recipe, is heated, but not boiled.
Pour in the sugar, mix.
Add the chocolate broken into pieces
Dissolve the chocolate in hot milk completely, again, stirring.
Whisk cream (cold)
Mix the whipped cream with the milk-chocolate mixture.
We load it into a container and into the freezer for 4-5 hours. To prevent the ice cream from peeling, after a couple of hours of freezing, mix the creamy chocolate mass or whisk with a blender.
Chocolate ice cream will be delicate airy and very tasty
