Will this 1923 Franklin model 10 run and drive after 76 years this car came from Nebraska. It was originally sold in New York in 1967. It was bought and brought to Missouri. The car has been inside its whole life. The car was cut up sometime during World War II and turned into a truck so they can get extra fuel rations.
