Writing a Letter of Complaint

Today’s video is about how to write letters and emails of complaint! 1. A complaining letter has three clear parts: an introduction, a main body and a conclusion. In AN INTRODUCTION it is a good idea to introduce yourself and to say what you are writing and what you are complaining about. 2. THE MAIN BODY provides the reader with all the details and information needed to respond effectively to your complaint. 3. THE CONCLUSION clearly states what action you want the reader to take. 4. It is important to remember when writing a letter of complaint that you may be very disappointed or angry about what has happened, but it is important to keep your emotions under control. 5. Remember that a direct complaint or criticism in English can sound rude or aggressive, so be respectful and polite. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEARN ENGLISH WITH 80 VIDEOS: 🏆🔥✅📊🎬 TRY FOR FREE: Website: YouTube Channel: Instgram: Facebook: TikTOK: @elearningenglishuk
