In celebration of Walter Gieseking’s birth on this day in 1895, an upload of one of his greatest LPs: Columbia Masterworks ML 4646, which features recordings of works by Handel, Bach, and Scarlatti made at EMI’s Abbey Road Studio No.3 on four days in late September 1951.
