Music 300 Violin Orchestra- Jorge Quintero When Arnold came to America 1968,he had some decent size on his thighs but lacked definition and cuts and his calves were not much developed to match his huge upper body (in terms of symmetry and proportion) .Later years he worked hard on his legs specially y his calves and made his legs matched his upper body with definition and cuts. In his prime he had 29 inch thighs. He did regular squats, hack squats, leg extensions, leg curls, leg presses, standing and seated calf raises , donkey calf raises , single leg raises holding dumbbell in hand and lunges.
