Bow League starters Better than Ever(wands too)

Bow League start builds have just received a absolutely massive buff to both their clear and single target due to projectile return mechanics being buffed. In almost all projectile attack characters vegeant cascade now can effectively double our damage with just one anoint with potential for even higher additional damage depending on exploding mechanics of which I am unsure. Ultimately if I wasn’t already committed to a Holy Relic Ascendant leaguestarter I would be starting a bow character!
