The Jugglers - Automaton Musical Diorama

A rare and beautiful musical diorama or shadow box, featuring two moving jugglers in a mirrored drawing room with chandelier. The oriental figures have fine bisque heads and silk costumes. Made in Paris around 1890 by the master automaton maker Gustave Vichy (as denoted by the ’acorn’ shaped start knob).
