Beetle PSX - Doom/Final Doom/Hexen now render correctly with resolution upscaling!

Thanks to iCatButler, problematic games like Doom and Hexen finally render correctly now with resolution upscaling! The water in Soul Blade’s Li Long stage is also fixed as a result of implementing this hack!
