The female cheetah known as Siligi made headlines in 2019 after giving birth to a litter of seven may have been the first time a female cheetah had been seen with such a big litter outside of captivity. I was lucky enough to get to see the cheetah family when all seven cubs were a few months old. Unfortunately the size of the litter proved too much for Siligi and she lost most of them by early 2020.
