In this video, I’m showing you how to get insanely good facial performance capture for your stylized 3D characters using the MetaHuman Animator and the iPhone 12 Live Link Face app – and yep, it’s completely free! 😎 Using MetaHuman Animator in Unreal Engine 5, I’ll walk you through how to capture high-quality, super expressive facial animations and transfer them to a stylized 3D character (in this case, a CC4 character). The results are game-changing, bringing industry-leading performance capture to your workflow with zero cost.
