Hours spent on your phone and laptop or driving your car, will often lead to a forward rounded posture. This posture is becoming more and more common in our modern world and it wrecks havoc with your riding position and ability to function properly on the mountain bike.
In this video I list the main issues that poor posture will give you on the bike as well as some tips and exercises in order to improve it.
