The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial has decided to dismiss another charge against the defendant. Count six of the indictment is for use of a dangerous weapon. The attorneys and judge argued over whether the length of the gun in question would make it a “dangerous weapon“ according to criminal statute.
