For my first ever challenge in Cambodia, I stopped into Motor Cafe in Phnom Penh to take on their massive Cambodian Big Grill Challenge! Hungry diners have just 45 minutes to finish over 3kg of meats and sides including ribeye steak, lamb chops, pork knuckle, and 14 German and Cambodian inspired sausages. This is served with a Cambodian side salad and fresh vegetables.
