10 min INSANE CORE SLIDER WORKOUT | At Home | Toned Abs

Join me for a 10 minute advanced CORE SLIDERS at home workout to sculpt and strengthen your core muscles. If you don’t have sliders at home, you can always use paper plates, two small towels, or throw on a pair of thick socks. Anything that will help you glide across the floor as we work our ab muscles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
