Burn fat while getting toned abs! This workout has an awesome combination of HIIT and abs exercises to give you best of both worlds! We are toning and shaping the full body in just 20 minutes. This workout includes a warm up You can do this workout at home, no equipment needed!

The structure for this workout:
- 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 15s rest between sets
