Drawing a spherical helix

Input: brown shaft. Blue gear has revolute joint with the brown shaft and is driven via planetary bevel gear drive and spur gear one. Glass sphere is fixed to the brown shaft. A point on the blue gear: - traces on the glass sphere a green circle. - traces in the space the orange line, a spherical helix.
